Walk the trails that travel along the stream and to the top of our bear ridge or travel along one of the wildlife trails that meander through the woods. Or just relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of this Country Hideaway.

If you are looking for a place to get away from the city for a weekend or a week you must try us out. We have, for what we offer, the best prices in the area. Also, you will not find cleaner places to rent. For the price you will pay for a good room you can have our Country Home or one of our Cabins. Come see for yourself & you will be glad you did

If you like to tent camp we are the place for you along with our electric sites we have many primitive camp sites some private sites and some close so your friends can be near for more go to our camping page and also for a description of our sites go to our camp site page and you can read a little about each site.We donot have everything that large camp grounds have but we offer a large area to roam around on, fishing ,paddle boats, close to a great swimming spot only 8 minutes away and this year we have a large hay wagon for hay rides .Remember we have no showers or running water yet.

We are only a few miles from downtown Berkeley Springs, the C&O Canal, Cacapon State Park and the Panorama Steak House and Scenic Overlook. We are close to the beautiful Cacapon & Potomac rivers, so there are plenty attractions or if you prefer, you can just relax!
