WE HAVE A SEVERAL PRIMITIVE CAMPSITES,SOME WITH ELECTRIC,WE DO PROVIDE PORTABLE TOILETS AND HAND WASHING STATIONS. WE DO NOT HAVE RUNNING WATER OR SHOWERS YET, BUT YOU CAN SHOWER OR BATH AT THE BERKELEY SPRINGS STATE PARK HERE IS THERE WED SITE(Travel Berkekey SpringsAFTER GETTING TO SITE CLICK ON SPA

EACH SITE HAS A FIRE RING AND A PICNIC TABLE.

WE SELL WOOD AT EACH HANDWASH STATION

IF YOU WANT TO RESERVE A SITE YOU MUST PAY AHEAD IF NOT ALL SITES WILL BE FIRST COME . IF YOU ARE COMING WITHOUT A RESERVATION YOU MUST FILL OUT A CAMPING FORM AFTER YOU HAVE PICKED OUT THE SITE YOU WANT AND PAY IN FULL AT THE BULLETIN BOARD AND PLACE YOU MONEY ALONG WITH THE FORM IN THE LOCKED BOX

QUIET TIME IS FROM 11 PM TO 6 AM

CAMPSITES ARE LIMITED TO 4 PEOPLE

ANY VISITORS MUST BE OUT BY 9 PM

FIRES IN FIRE PITS MUST BE ATTENDED AT ALL TIMES

NO ATV'S ALLOWED

PETS ALLOWED BUT MUST BE KEPT ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES

WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE AREA WHERE THE COUNTRY HOUSE OR THE RUSTIC CABIN IS.
THIS AREA IS RESERVED FOR OCCUPANTS OF THE RENTALS.

 

A Sites Site-1a-this is a private small tent site overlooking a nice plateau down below and is surrounded by large oak trees Site-2a-this is a tent site overlooking the road coming in Site-3a-this is a great large wooded site, for a camper, popup or tent, this is a nice private site (great site) B Sites Site 1b-this is a nice small tent site in the pines, private good for a couple Site-2b-a large site good for a camper, popup or a tent, sits along the driveway coming in. This is one of our preferred sites. Site-3b-this is a small tent site close to the playground Site-4b-this is a nice site right across from the playground good for a small camper, a popup or a tent Site-5b-this is a nice small private tent site, over looking a hollow Site-6b-this is a nice tent site Site-7a-7b-this is a buddy site you can let your children set up close to you or a friend that has a small tent Site-8b- this is a new site for this year, this is a great tent site C-sites These are all new for this year, not far from the pond so if you have children you must keep a close watch on them Site-1c- is a nice tent site that sits in a hollow sort of back to its self Site-2c-this is going to be a great site sits in the hollow; it is a large site good for a popup or tent close enough to see the pond Site-3c-is where our 19ft camper sits, it rents for $40.00 a night, 2 people only, close to picnic area, pond and the trails Site-4c-was dug out of a bank right at the pond it is a tent site only for adults since it is so close to the pond Site-5c-is a nice tent site, fairly private

Reservations: All reservations require a payment of 1 night in advance and are subject to availability.
